Post-Implant Nutrition Guide

A practical nutrition roadmap to support comfort during implant recovery.

Granola, yoghurt and fresh berries — soft nutrition for implant recovery

Mild swelling and tenderness in the first days after implant surgery are normal. Soft, lukewarm foods are recommended; avoid anything hard or requiring biting.

Cold drinks may provide comfort in the first 24 hours; very hot liquids and carbonated drinks are best avoided during the first week.

Protein-rich foods such as eggs, yoghurt and cooked vegetables support tissue healing. Hard nuts and similar snacks should be postponed until osseointegration is complete.

Smoking and alcohol may negatively affect healing; consult your dentist for personalised advice. The first follow-up appointment is a good time to update your nutrition plan.
